My client, who is based in Cheltenham and has a reputation for excellent Customer Service, is currently looking to recruit talented individuals to join it's dynamic team.
These are call centre roles with a difference. We require candidates who are really passionate about giving good Customer Service and want to work in an environment where their talents are recognised and developed and where they are encouraged to use their own initiative.
Working on a variety of different products the successful candidates will work as part of a close knit team, taking calls and answering queries from a number of internal and external customers, whilst ensuring they are achieving the 'service led' targets set by their managers.
There are no scripts to work to and each call can be very different so excellent Communication skills are vital to this role, along with excellent IT skills and strong accuracy when inputting information.
Also suitable for Graduates!
These are long term temporary positions and candidates must be available to work between 8am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, (on a shift basis) and also some Saturday mornings.
The starting hourly rate is £7.17 an hour plus holidays with the possibility of additional overtime.

Marketing/Campaign Analyst | | This is a permenent role which is available immediately, so don't delay in applying.
You will have a pivotal role within the marketing team taking
responsibility for producing detailed campaign analysis and
reports; analysing and segmenting client and prospect
databases; providing insight into customer behaviour; ensuring
the marketing database is accurate and enhancing it with
additional data when appropriate; and working with the
marketing team to develop a cohesive communications strategy
that maximises customer acquisition and retention.
Campaign analysis across all channels. You will be responsible for
the analysis of the effectiveness of database driven and new
business campaigns including online and traditional advertising.
This may involve the development of audience and creative tests.
Online advertising analysis: Working with the e-commerce
manager to track website conversion rates to continuously review
the effectiveness of our online marketing activity, including
Google Adwords and online source code analysis.
Database analysis and customer profiling. You will be responsible
for detailed and ongoing analysis of the customer and prospect
databases which will lead to a segmentation and subsequent
communication plan.
Qualitative customer research. As part of the analysis you may be
required to use qualitative research techniques for further
customer insight.
Communication strategy. Working with the marketing team, you
will be responsible for developing a communications strategy and
campaign plans for the different segments identified through your analysis.
Campaign data selections. You will be responsible for all
campaign data selections and the delivery of the data to the end
user.
Marketing data development. Responsibility for the ongoing
quality and development of marketing data. This includes the
accurate tracking and coding of campaigns and capture of data
through the customer service questionnaire and other sources. It
may also include appending external marketing data to enhance
customer insight and targeting.
Marketing data hygiene. You will be responsible for the overall
quality of marketing data including personal information and
transactional data used for marketing purposes. This will include
working closely with teams to ensure a regular deduping
programme and quality checks on marketing data.
Reporting. You will be responsible for providing regular and ad
hoc reports to the marketing team and senior management on
specific campaigns and overall enquiry and business levels.
List rental. Responsibility for researching and evaluating external
lists for future campaigns.
Data protection laws. You will be fully conversant with data
protection laws and ensure compliance with current legislation.
You will be working within a small team and may be called upon
to provide support in other areas.
Together with the other members of the marketing team you will
be responsible for communicating our plans to the rest of the
company.
Advanced use of SAS, SPSS or other equivalent statistical
package.
Strong technical and analytical abilities.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent time management and organisational ability.
Solid interpersonal skills.
Strong influencing skills with the ability to work with different
managers

CONTACT CENTRE MANAGER - 12 MONTH CONTRACT | | My client is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead and motivate a customer's services team of circa 50 full time employees which handles over 800,000 customer interactions annually.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient call centre that meets the current and future needs of my client's customers and ensuring KPI performance is achieved on an ongoing basis. You will champion the customer experience within the centre and throughout the rest of the organisation. You will create a team working culture and will manage teams effectively, producing results in line with company objectives.
Continuous improvement is a large part of this role so you must have the ability to think strategically when solving long term problems and the ability to introduce new technology when required. It will also be important for the successful candidate to lead by example and recognise the wider implications of your decisions.
Key Responsibilities to include:
1) Plan, develop and communicate clear and concise objectives to front line Managers and staff.
2) Deliver and maintain Key Performance Indicators, performance management of your team and achieve business targets through strong leadership.
3) Monitor and analyse team performance trends and utilise the outputs of such analysis to improve the performance of the team and individuals.
4) Analyse and report on trends affecting the business, including identifying improvement initiatives, industry best practice and development opportunities..

The call centre is open between 8:45 am to 10pm. For example you may work 8:45-6, 9:30-6:30 or 12:45-10:00. Plus 6 weekend days out of 9 weekends with a day off in lieu, (you will only ever work a 5 day week).
