RECEPTION/ ADMINISTRATOR | | An excellent Temporary opportunity for an Experienced Receptionist/ Administrator has arisen covering holiday for a fantastic Swindon based company. This is a busy and varied front of house reception role.
Duties include:
First point of contact for all calls- taking messages/ transferring to relevant contacts
Meeting and greeting visitors
Distributing post
Faxing, filing, photocopying
Entering data on to SAP system
Various general adhoc reception duties
To be considered for this role you must have previous reception and admin experience, an confident and professional telephone manner and be highly organised and proactive.
You must be able to commit from 28th June until 12th July.
