These are call centre roles with a difference. We require candidates who are really passionate about giving good Customer Service and want to work in an environment where their talents are recognised and developed and where they are encouraged to use their own initiative. Working on a variety of different products the successful candidates will work as part of a close knit team, taking calls and answering queries from a number of internal and external customers, whilst ensuring they are achieving the 'service led' targets set by their managers. There are no scripts to work to and each call can be very different so excellent Communication skills are vital to this role, along with excellent IT skills and strong accuracy when inputting information.
