A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a company based in Beckington, Near Frome, Somerset. We are urgently looking for telemarketers to help out with a BIG campaign on behalf of the public sector, starting on 13th September, for a few weeks. Candidates must be confident speaking over the phone, on outbound calls, talking to high end clients and have strong computer skills using databases/ excel etc... Would ideally suit a confident graduate, someone from a telesales/ telemarketing background, or someone from a customer service background. Candidates must be able to drive due to the location of the offices, which are set in beautiful rural grounds near Beckington, Frome. Our client requires a number of staff to provide a good level of customer service via the telephone as well as good administrative requirements. The ideal candidates will have previous office admin and customer service experience.

IT TELESALES EXECUTIVE - TEMP TO PERM

Hours: 9.00am to 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch Mon to Thurs and 9.00am to 4.00pm with 1 hour lunch on Friday. Main Duties: Place cold calls over the telephone to market IT products and/or IT services; to set meetings and generate leads for clients; communicate the client's message in a clear and concise manner; maintain daily, weekly and monthly productivity and sales goals, as provided by the manangement; maintain the calling database to an acceptable standard; prepare routine activity reports as required; perform miscellaneous job related duties as assigned

Salary:

£8.00ph + £500 a month OTE Temp - £16K + £6K OTE Perm after 6 months possible increase to £18K and 1 year £19K

Requirements:

Job purpose - Typically cold calling client's prospects and customers to promote their services and solutions, usually related to IT Skills required - Excellent telephone manner, Telesales experience and Record maintenance skills, be self motivated, willing to learn, assertive, outgoing, ability to rise above rejection!
