Due to continued success & expansion it is a very exciting time & we are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Complaints Consultant. With the company offering support to customers with a range of products, including; Pensions, Mortgages, Investments & Life products.
Our client has a fantastic reputation in the market for providing an extremely high level of customer service and customer satisfaction and really pride themselves on this. Due to their success they are looking to broaden their customer base and identify new opportunities for the business to expand the products & services they offer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Complaints Consultant looking for a challenging new position where they can use their industry knowledge/experience & deliver excellent inroads into new areas. Ideally you will be FPC 1, 2 & 3 qualified (not essential). You will be extremely focused, commercially aware and have the ability to really think outside the box in order to produce the best possible results.
