AUDIT SUPERVISOR

My Client is currently recruiting for an Audit Supervisor to join their busy and expanding Bristol office. Main responsibilities will be to assist the Audit manager in achieving compliance to the Sarbanes Oxley SAS 70 accreditation and strive to identify risk and add value in all areas of the business. You will ensure that company policies and procedures are accurately reflected within the SAS 70 framework and help to communicate this to all staff. Key responsibilities will also include - 1. Make full notes of all failings and ensure these are reported back to the Teams responsible, 2. develop suitable training in order to rectify any mistakes found and prevent re-occurrence, 3. conduct full and comprehensive client file reviews to identify issues and training needs, 4. Assist the Audit Manager- UK in actioning continual SAS 70 reviews, 5. Be responsible for completing KYC (Know Your Client) files and information gathering, 6. Conduct follow up audits in a timely fashion for all full audits and client file reviews completed, 7. Work closely with Management Accounts Teams to ensure standards are achieved & maintained, 8. Assist in the delivery of new starter audit induction training & staff refresher training throughout the year, 9. Assist in the communication of new and revised procedures, 10. Assist in the day-to-day managing of more junior Audit staff or trainees, 11. Report on and act to minimize any and all risks to the business, even if they are not part of an ongoing audit. You will need to be a self starter with a willingness to learn and a desire to improve the business, you must be able to demonstrate integrity at all times and maintain a fair and objective attitude when auditing all areas of the business. Good IT skills and sound professional communication skills are essential. Experience - 1. Experience of Management Accounts work, 2. Experience of Nair & Co. Processes, methods and ethics, 3. Experience of managing people and a fluid workload, often with tight deadlines, 4.
