Our client, a firm of financial advisors based in Bath, is looking for an experienced customer service person with a strong background in finance. You will be working with the Client Services Team as the initial client contact for the company. Daily duties include: Manage high volume calls Draft customer complaint Lead generation Assist with coaching of new starters Many other duties as required by the team

Salary:

£20,000 - £25,000

Requirements:

For this role you will need to have worked previously in a financial services environment, ideally have your IAQ, have previous telephone handling experience, previous client servicing experience, ability of working to tight deadlines. Strong IT skills are a must.

FINANCIAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

New role for established team in Bath. Duties include the following - requesting information from life and investment companies, creating and updating investment summaries, processing appliaction forms, chasing outstanding businesses, check and process policy documentation, using 1st Software/ Intelliflo, helping with suitability reports, getting application forms, chasing commission forms etc. Ideally you will have Financial Services qualifications and previous experience in this industry. Rounded benefits package to 23 days leave, life assurance, pension etc.

SENIOR SALE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

New role working for established financial services business in Bath. This role involves providing effective support to consultants, preparing recommendations and reports and acting as a first point of contact for designated clients. You will also need to help identify suitable solutions or products to meet the needs of clients. You'll need to be able to build relationships with key contacts and obtain key features documents, factsheets, illustrations and Exchange quotes. Other duties include preparing authority letters, switch letters and enchashment letters as required, liaising with product providers and 3rd parties. Any additional experience of managing a team will be helpful as it is likely the role will grow. Ideally you will be FPC qualified and have a thorough understanding of Financial planning. Knowledge of first software will be advantagous though not essential.

Salary:

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum

QUALIFIED FINANCIAL ADVISOR

New role in established practice. Working for reputable and professional financial services company, this role will involve advising on a wide range of services including pensions, investments and inheritance tax. Initially role may involve running sizeable group pension scheme and maximising revenue from this. Must be credible and client facing and able to provide confidence to clients. Suits an established sales professional with good closing skills. Ideally you will have a client base but this is not essential and track record is more important.

Salary:

£40,000 per annum (negotiable) plus car allowance and pension

Must have proven track record and Diploma level qualification
