Financial Controller

Our client is a consultancy business to the media industry, which supports a further 3 businesses whose clients include several leading media players. Day to day duties will include: Bookkeeping (Sage Line 50) – 3 companies Update of cash flow forecasts HMRC PAYE/NI monthly online payments Managing payroll (in conjunction with accountants) Year end accounts (in conjunction with accountants) Bank reconciliation VAT returns Online (quarterly) Preparing budget / forecast Corporation tax returns, P11D (in conjunction with accountants) Pension contribution payment online Preparing management accounts (in conjunction with accountants) The ideal candidate will have had experience in a similar role and have obtained an accountancy qualification

Salary:

32,000-40,000 depending on experience

PART-TIME CREDIT CONTROLLER

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic part-time Credit Controller to work within their delightful new Bath based office. The candidate MUST have relevant Credit Control experience and preferably within an office dealing with international trade. Knowledge of SAGE would also be beneficial * To manage outstanding Sales balances & contact customers before balances are overdue. * Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers * Set and monitor credit limits * Where necessary initiate proceedings to ensure outstanding debts are brought to a satisfactory conclusion * Produce weekly and monthly reports to the Financial Controller and Finance Director * Production of reports to forecast cash flow. * Review company’s credit control procedures and develop/ implement new enhancements where required. * Provide customers with copies of invoices and statements * Other administrative ad hoc duties

Salary:

20,000-25,000 PRO RATA

ATT/TRUST ADMIN

Our client is keen to recruit a Trust and Tax Administration assistant to work for a company based in central Bath. Working 17.5 hours a week, the ideal candidate will be ATT qualified and have the following skills: technical knowledge of personal income tax, self assessment, repayments estates, trusts; be able to understand the range and type of clients and their respective needs; have experience in dealing with trust administration. Our client is a well-established company. You will also be required to earn fees within target, carry out taxation work for trusts & individuals as well as advising clients of income tax liabilities and capital gains where appropriate.

Salary:

£16,000 - £17,500
