Our client, a Wiltshire based firm, is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to support their clients. You will provide initial technical support to telephone requests and emails from users and ensure that calls for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately whilst maintaining existing Hardware and Software to agreed standards. For this role you will need: • Excellent telephone manner. • Enthusiastic approach to solving problems. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP / 2003 / 2008. • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server would be desirable.

ADMINISTRATOR/PA TO MD

Our client, a Bath based firm with beautiful central offices, is looking for an Administrator with PA experience to work closely with the MD in the preparation of larger documents for bids, tenders. You will response to clients and produce reports, maintain record files, key documents on the PC network and support the Managing Director and sales staff. Ideal skills would be: Microsoft office, ACT! Database and diary management. Ideally you will have some knowledge around graphics and an interest in graphics and layout. (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop ideally). You will be a good communicator by telephone and in writing, be able to compile documents with graphic and superior layout and participate in the company website input and updates. Our client is looking for someone who can deal with French progress calls, emails, and quotes directly from all export customers and French quotes from customers. Good communication skills in French are essential and translation work will sometimes gets passed from the client for the website and press releases or for quality documents that need to be put into English. You will also be invovled in attending and organising some export.

IT/WEB DESIGN PROJECT COORDINATOR- 6 MONTH CONTRACT

You will be working under the MD, Creative Director and Finance Director with your main duties being the following - Managing the day to day running of the website to ensure constant availability and functionality, Coordination between image suppliers and designers to ensure images are uploaded onto the website, Coordination with the companies suppliers such as printers to ensure key performance indicators are being met, Uploading and checking of customers signatures onto the website, Help with the adaption of new designs as they come into the company to ensure they are ready for uploading.
