TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST | | Our client, a Wiltshire based firm, is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to support their clients. You will provide initial technical support to telephone requests and emails from users and ensure that calls for support are dealt with promptly and appropriately whilst maintaining existing Hardware and Software to agreed standards.
For this role you will need:
Excellent telephone manner.
Enthusiastic approach to solving problems.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows XP / 2003 / 2008.

FRONT END DEVELOPER | | New role working for a small and very established agency. This role requires someone with very strong CSS (3) and HTML (5) Our client supplies newsletters and other static web pages to large publishing houses and has ample new business. The company has been recognised at a regional level for outstaning acheivement and has an outstanding reputation. You should understand and be passionate to keep up with the trend of web development. (CSS3; accessible, W3C compliant, hand-coded). Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript is highly desirable but not essential. You should be familiar with Photoshop. And if you know Flash ActionScript, it would be a huge bonus. You should be comfortable with both handcoding and using application such as Dreamweaver or Homesite. You will be required to work with minimal supervision. Appropriate training would be given, but you will quickly be required to deliver projects right from the beginning to sign-off. Tight deadlines are what we deal with here at on a daily basis, this shouldn't scare you, in fact pressure should bring out the best of you.
