HR ADMINISTRATOR

Juice currently have a fantastic opportunity for a strong, fully rounded, self motivated administrator to join a busy HR environment. Working alongside the HR Business partner this is an excellent chance to gain experience within a fast paced HR environment specialising in recruitment and selection and giving advice on general terms & conditions of employment. To succeed in this role you will need to be business focussed, required to produce reports to strict timescales and interpret contained data. Assisting with recruitment; shortlisting CV's, conducting interviews with managers and supporting the Business Partner in the development and management of a variety of HR policies and procedures this is a varied role so candidates must be self starters, able to work under pressure and use own initiative. As well as being intrusted with large amounts of responsibility this is a fantastic opportunity for career development as you have the chance to be involved in exciting and challenging projects which will benefit yourself professionally.
