HR ASSISTANT | | Our client, based on the outskirts of Bath, is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to work part time Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9-5pm. This is a role for someone happy to do a cross over with the HR Advisor on a Wednesday am and then be left very much to their own devices on a Wednesday pm and all day Thursday and Friday. You will have the back-up and support of the Manager on Thursday and Friday and the team works very closely together. This would suit someone wanting a career in HR, who is very switched on and eager to learn.
This is a fabulous working environment in an open plan office of c15 people and with free parking. It is based a few miles outside of Bath so you will need your own car.
Duties include:
Managing sickness records
Providing general HR advice to the employees
Payroll for c 160 people
CRB checks and form filling
Any other ad hoc duties as required by the HR Advisor and Manager | Salary: | £13,000 - 16,000 | Requirements: | You will need excellent IT skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) in particular Excel (formulas, data entry, creating spreadsheets).
